We plan continuous upgrades such as farm expansions and creation and upgrading of general town ascetics and function. Housing 1) Plot Pricing 10 x 10 plot: $3000 15 x 15 plot: $4000 4 x 4 Shop: $5000 Pre-builds and apartments will be available soon, please /pm owners for more info. 2) Plot Rules Stay within the the plot to avoid overlap between plots Owners of plots can dig as deep and build as high as they want Doors my be left unlock however all chests must be locked to discourage stealing (use /lock) All plot owners must build a building, not to be left empty Plot owners must actively live in the town and use their plot as their main home, this is to avoid people using the plots to have farm access. Farm 1) Farm Access Farm access is: 1 Day = $1000 3 Days = $2000 1 Week = $3000 Farm access is also available to all plot owners 2) Farm Rules No destroying or removal of water No getting in other farm users way to avoid arguments REPLANT! Replant what you destroy or use as leaving the farm damages will result in a ban Side Notes: After 1-2 weeks of inactivity we will consider removing membership, however /mail owners if you are going away as we understand not all players are always active. We will hold your plot and keep your membership until you return. Griefing will quickly result in a ban as it ruins the game, anyone caught doing so will be removed. Suggestions and help is appreciated, talk to the owners if you have an idea or want to help as there is always more to add. Mining is to be done outside or in the mining work, with the exception of digging within your own plots. This is to avoid griefing and having holes everywhere.
I think I'd like to join, but what's the warp command? And as a plot owner, would I have free access to the farm(s) as long as I replant? And is the town un-grief-able? As in, anyone not part of the town will be unable to place/destroy blocks?
