I have another friend that can't log onto the server, I want to know what makes it so that he cant log on but I can. YES, I have read http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/posts/226658/, that doesnt explain it at all, if there is an issue server side than it should either be down for everyone or working for everyone. Things he has tried: restarting his client, restarting his pc, removing and readding the server, forcing the log in, restarting his router It has been down for hours now Again, I want to know why mine works but his doesnt. Just saying that there are "issues" doesnt tell me anything.
Sorry this is happening! The server is getting ready to change its location, database, and network, so things will not be very consistent for the next few days. Expect the connection issues to be fixed around Friday, the 26th. By then everything should be fixed. Everything is server side, and will not be fully fixed until Friday. The reason you can log in, but he can't is due to this issue. The server is not offline, but some users will experience extreme difficulty hen trying to connect. I had this issue also.. 1. Close minecraft and all windows 2. Turn off your internet 3. Restart your computer 4. Turn on your internet 5. Force update minecraft 6. Close minecraft 7. Open minecraft and play
