It is centered on 2920, 4408 out in the middle of the ocean. The farmland all rests w/in a single chunk and all farmland is hydrated. It has 19 floors running from ocean level down to bedrock. Each floor has 252 usable hydrated farmland out of a possible 256 in the chunk. Redstone lamp lighting can be installed in the walls without affecting the usable farmland -- just copy what's been done on the top floor. There are no lift signs installed, but you can travel between floors via the waterfall down the center of the chunk.
