I am redoing this post, as I need too be more specific of what I am doing. I'm making forum signatures, possibly avatars, I can fill nearly any request. As long as it's not ridiculous. I made the signature that Zardgyer uses, I also have one made up for KMaxwell, That can be found here. Last but not least, I also made one for a competition that GrantCFO was holding. I would suggest Kmaxwell. She makes awesome signatures and works fast. She also made the one that I am using right now.
