My suggestion is that we make the maximum picture size 100 tall by 720 wide. That is the width of the average post and would make it look nicer. I know that limits were put in to keep trolls from making images 5 miles wide and 30 feet tall. Just adjusting the width wouldn't be too hard, Because that is the average size for most forum signature limits. TL;DR Make sig. pic. size 720 not 240. He just means wider signatures like any other forum has. Not those uberlarge signatures people used to have.
Honestly, i dont find that statement a good arguement against this suggestion, becouse you can just simply control the size of the banner as you wish to prevent the abuse you mentioned. +1 for you zwunder (mainly becouse you made my banner xd)
