staff, I am sorry if this is illegal, and I would/will never do it again. I have a question regarding the following rule. There is to be no discussion of hacked clients, hacks, or other programs that are illegal in game (Nodus, autofarming, etc.) Is it allowed to ask on the forums what mods the server uses? Also if it is, is it allowed to have 1 or more of the same mods installed?
What do you mean with this? In general, if a mod gives an unfair advantage it's not allowed. To find out, PM any GA/SA and ask about the legal status of the mod. (That's what I did when I had questions about that)

GA and SA are GameAdmin and ServerAdmin. And your question is a little... weirdly worded. From what I can figure out, you are allowed asking a moderator if a certain mod is legsl/illegal on ECC. We do not discuss the plugins we use here, however.
And also, I do not see how plugins a server uses would work on an online server, from how you are asking. It just doesn't make sense
The problem in the question is that the mods the server uses (Plugins) are normally not usable by users. Vice versa, servers can't use normal user plugins.
What 314 said is correct, and it is also the case that the administrators do not disclose server plugins to players, and we do have many custom plugins as well.
