    I keep getting emails from the forum that look like this

    Click Disable all emails in the bottom.

    HAve you unsubscribed from the thread, or changed the forum option? If you did the latter one, you will need to manually unsubscribe from the thread you are receiving e-mails for.

    I did exactly that, countless times even. Is there a way for some tech guy to manually take my email off the list? Like I said I unsubscribed.

    You need to disable all emails.
    If it's just from that thread, disable emails from that thread.
