Cost: $65,000 Hello everyone, When I first started on this server my first home was a hole in the ground, literally. It was a 2 x4 Hole in the ground somewhere in the wild. I built and built then I realized all my hard work was going to waste due to greifers...So then I begin to see how can I have a place that I can call home and actually be able to goto to recoup, craft, brew and store my items. After days and weeks of searching, I found a great town called Lancaster ( with an awesome mayor @jmichael214 ), the residents are very nice, everyone is eager to assist as well as build up the Town, there's even a Postal Service in the works not to mention a Museum, Town Hall, 2 Shops and tons more. Now this isn't one of those fancy towns with the humongous impractical mansions that you really have no use for, this town has very nice and active homes of a small group of hard working miners and businesses who work hard every day to keep the Town flourishing. I myself as a citizen am also working on a way to build up the town as well, so even though I'm selling this Home, I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. PM with any interest! This home is very practical and all features were added for multipurpose. Highlights: Active Town ( A Whole Town to Own, not Lancaster) Super Unique Door Bell (For when you're working and can't see who's knocking) Note: You need a door bell in an active town Elevator (Roof Access) Personal Lava Pit Personal Farm (In Home) Water Fountain Mailbox Party Deck Made with 15+ Stacks of Quartz *Appraisal: 105K+ See the pictures below: *Value of home is based on Time, Location, Activity, Town Amenities and Material
Thanks for letting me know you wouldn't pay for it, there's no need to comment if you're not interested. New Cost: $65K
I would simply like to let you know that homes in VoidVille, a prestigious Quartz block mansion town, sells mansions 3x that size for 50,000 ECD.
makes sense and I understand but i bet they don't come with their own 200 x 200 town. Are towns worthless now or something?
This current deal is, because the location of the town does not help the price. Users buy homes for the RIGHT location, right price, and right size of the home as well.
Well to get a town to be owner of a town it cost 85k to be mayor then more for the next ranks. I'm not sure how much after that but this is a home in a active town then an actual 200 x 200 town someone can be owner of for less than what they would have to pay regularly. How is this not a deal. Let alone the material to build the house could easily be sold for twice what they paid for the house without the town ( $10k)
Joined a great town, and will spend time helping build it up versus making my own so I'm selling a house I built in the town I'm in now plus my old town I acquired.
its not for Lancaster, you shouldnt assume, @kidFreedom and i have already discussed this. view the contract http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.110302/
