[For Sale] - The City of Lancaster

I am not sure if you would entertain / like the offer of 300k for the entire nation, as that is all I have at the moment. I assure you that myself and my associates will take good care of the citizens of the nation of Lancaster.

 

This is absolute craziness - never saw this coming - had really expected and hoped you would continue to grow this Nation. Wasn't it just a day or so ago that you were selling vaults in a town you said you would not ever sell your interest in?

Eastcaster is where the vault is and where he said he'd only sell to select players. It still wouldn't change the atmosphere as those players believe in keeping it safe and secure as well.

 

I would like to change my offer to only three towns of the seven town nation - Lancaster, Southcaster, Westcaster. If you would like, I can offer more; would implore you to believe that I can and will take good care of the lancaster nation residents

300k for those three towns, or 400k for the entire nation; cannot really offer 1.6mil for the entire nation, as I do not have a wagonload of cash as aforementioned in the Lancaster Nation Thread

 

Why are you selling it? Just Irl problems?

 

I would love to run these towns whIle you take your break. Sadly however, I dont have the funds to buy the town(s). But if you need a temporary mayor, I can be your guy.

Lancaster and the nation simply won't be the same without you, if you are having troubles, I'm only a pm away also

I sadly don't have enough to offer anything, sad to see the nation falling like this. If the new owner wants help/a co-mayor I would be glad to help run it with them or just help with building and stuff (I like wasting time building/planning cities)

 

I really like all of these towns! Can't choose which ones to put a bid on. I'll say $80,000 on Westcaster and $110,000 on Southcaster! Looking forward to your response

 

Would also be interested in Lancaster, however that deal might be tough. Would be willing to make an offer of $150,000, knowing that others may outbid me.
