Needless to say, I don't have enough time ingame to keep my station stocked. 95 is a 4th row green market, and I'd like around 50k for it. I'm also willing to negotiate though. Since I have so much stuff at school, I have deputized my friend @ChargerBoltz5 to act as my realtor (yes, he will be paid). The remaining rent doesn't get transferred over to you, you still need to buy a minimum of four weeks. So if we settle on 40k, that's 40k for the shop itself, plus we need 20-50k for 4-10 weeks of rent, however many you like. If you go with four weeks, that's a total of 60k, 20k of which goes to the server. I can guarantee you that you can make back your rent costs off the shop.
