    I have worked hard to make this shop great so the value of this shop is not just about the location but also the great reputation that Station 70 has.

    Due the responses I have received, I feel compelled to communicate that I will not be leaving the market just yet. I will be moving to Station 17 as soon as Station 70 is sold. I hope this news will bring calm and order to the masses. ;)

    That goes both ways... If I offer what I think it's worth her going to say more.. Might as well cut to the price he will sell it at. The whole offer thing is stupid really. Stores don't label that products with stickers that say "make me an offer" and you certainly don't barter with the store about their prices.. Put a price tag on it and I'll see if i want to buy it or not it's that simple. Otherwise make it an auction type situation where all bids are veiwable to the public and everyone knows where they stand
