What i do:
ATOM INC.Alright so I decided to create this thread to look for people who are interested in hiring me to do any clearance / waterplacement in farms / landplacement / flattening business in their town or whatsoever.
Personally i have : Eff 5 unbreak 3 fortune 3 diamond pickaxe
Eff 5 unbreak 3 silk 1 diamond shovel
Eff 5 unbreak 3 fortune 3 diamond axe
I am looking for such jobs so as to achieve my mayor rank ASAP then president rank and so on.

Price and requirement:
My pay can be discussed but im only interested in working for big projects such as clearing or placing blocks in 100x100 areas (minimum) to 200x200 areas because i need the money for higher ranks and big projects = bigger money.

I work alone:
I only currently work solo and i dont like to work with others because its hard to get the timing balanced for a team and sometimes people slack or have something that crops up and have to leave halfway so i prefer to work alone but i promise to be efficient.

My donation features:
I also have donation features such as water placing , teleport , fly , multihome so dont worry i am able to sethome at my work area , teleport you to me, place water if necessary and fly around. I will aslo be buying permanant E repair from someone so i can repair my tools anytime.

What to do when you want to hire me:
1) state the price you are offering
2) wait for me to say application accepted
3) when your application is accepted , add me to your town perms
4) take screen shots of areas you want me to place land , clear land , place water
5) tell me town name + location of town portal ( rising/legacy , portal level , portal colour etc.)
6) tell me cords of your town and the world your town is in if you dont have town portal.

FAQ
- I am 100% trustworthy , i have $140 in donations so far
- I do not fool around and am serious when it comes to money buisness
- Reason why you have to add me to town perms when i am offline and i can only work when you are offline is mainly because most players are in USA/ australia , while im in singapore , my timezone is totally opposite of you players therefore i will be working in game when you are probably offline.
- to pay me i can just wait over the weekends where i play for super long hours to meet you
