    Brief Description: Flint and steel give not allowed message when trying to light fire

    Instructions: Try to light a fire with flint and steel

    How many times did you recreate this bug?: no idea, like 50 times

    Result: Gives "You are not allowed to use that here" message

    Expected Result: to light a fire....

    I can confirm this and further, It doesn't work in any world.

    I also receive the message that I am not allowed to use that here message when trying to light a fire with flint & steel. Doesn't seem to matter where I am, including my town.

    I am now able to use flint and steel again as a pyro user. Thanks for the fix!
