I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give the tool with the ID #tool_ID to @second_player immediately after receiving the payment. The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified. Investing The way investing works here is you let me rent out one of your star tools for you. Should the tool break while someone has rented it out, I will cover that loss by replacing it for you within a month, even if the person who broke it doesn't pay for it (as will be stated in the contract). You will receive 20% of the profits (because the risk will all be on me). This is basically a risk-free investment to make a little extra money on the side. Willing to make a contract for any potential investors.
