No offence, but being scammed happens to us all, and 86k is not a lot. Sorry if this sounds offensive.
First, did you do any kind of research on the player you were making a deal with? Second, when/if the player successfully appeals, you will receive your money back. Third, I (and many others also do this) purchase items in my spawn shop at above server prices so if you are willing to work, I am willing to help out that way.
I don't really understand why you keep telling people this.. It's a spawn shop. You need to buy at above server price to attract people to your shop. Your doing it to be competitive and for your own self interest which is absolutely fine, but does not "help" other users.
I do buy at above server prices to "help" other users. In fact, many times, I simply sell these items to the server at a loss. It is to encourage users to work for money on their own rather than begging for donations. That is why you see these posts on "begging" or donations needed threads. It does help attract people to my shop, and for that I am grateful. I have some excellent customers that are very regular since I do try to be competitive on most of my prices (I will admit that they are not always the lowest). It is also the reason I offer free smelt/repair chests - to get players to visit my shop. Another of my own self interests I enjoy doing for the community. If you are not interested in my posts, simply hit the "ignore user" button and voila, you shall never be bothered by me again. You may also feel free to ignore me in game if you wish! As for me, I will continue to offer to help users succeed on their own by offering to purchase items at above server prices where possible.
