I bought the donation feature water with ecd a while back from dudeman43, and now it has disapeared from my account. Attached are screenshots of the deal with dudeman43, and a screenshot of all of my features before. The second link has a screenshot of my feats now. I don't know if this is a bug, or what happened.
When players charge back purchases then the feature is removed from the person they bought it for. I assume this happened to you .it's probably a good idea to figure out who is selling feats and if they are trustworthy so this doesn't happen. (Unless ur lazy like me ayy lmao). P.S: Dudeman, Dagamerman, BudderMan. Safe to say if someone named anything man joins the server I would not buy from them.
Yeah, they made it really obvious too. Each account had the same birth date and two different (but close) birth months - March and February IIRC.
In the 2nd picture you're paying faze not dudeman? But yes that user is banned and you can picture what for. Chances are you're out of luck.
Sale and Refund Policy When purchasing special features on EcoCityCraft, you make the following agreements stating that: 3. You will not chargeback, dispute or reverse any payments at any point in time for any reason. 4. You follow all of EcoCityCraft’s rules regarding special features, and, are aware that you are still fully bound by all the rules and terms of service that EcoCityCraft sets forth. 10. You understand that by breaching any of the above agreements, or any of the other rules or terms of service that EcoCityCraft sets forth, that EcoCityCraft has the right to suspend your account or remove any features associated with your breach of agreement for any amount of time. (Font Coloring mine) If there was a charge-back on a credit card used to make the purchase for your features, then the features associated with that chargeback would be rescinded. Technically they were never purchased and you got scammed. There are a plethora of places on the forum/wiki stating that the server and staff do not endorse buying features with ECD, but they do allow it. You do so at your own risk and the features may be taken away without reimbursement if there is an issue with the payment. I suggest if you have not yet done so, file a complaint against the user, in case they return, so you can have a chance to get your ECD back. There have been other players banned for credit card issues that have returned in time. Perma-ban does not mean perma-ban in all cases. Sorry you had to learn the hard way, but maybe your loss will warn others of something many take for granted. Best of luck to you.
