Well, considering zombies_eat_you came back from a 7 month hiatus, and melons were worth a lot more, it makes sense that you would make more money with a melon sword than with an Eff7. Today, with the EXP rates and such, eff7 mining makes more. To answer the question, my eff7 is awesome, but I like MelonSwords and Star Rods for more "relaxing"money-making. Mswords and Star Rods are great for when you are just chatting on Skype and doing nothing in particular, but want to make a buck. Eff7's require a ton more focus (and donation features) to make them worthwhile.
Well, I make close to 1 million a month melon farming. Ehh, more like 900k. I love melon farming cause I watch anime while doing it xD
