I'm new and I'm being told that Pumpkin farming is a decent payout for someone new like me, the issue is I don't have anywhere to farm. I'm not asking for a free permissions handout I'm just asking for a "permissions loan". The second I have the applicable funds in my balance I will pay 100% of the required normal costs to have permissions to that farm. You should just take a loan but multi-farms have then for around 5k I can loan you 5k for 6k in return later in about 1 week. Contract is needed.
