False Auction Report/Ban Needed

    Earthbound2 was the highest bidder in an auction of mine and he bid $201 for one diamond, but as soon as he said he'd paid that he said nevermind and backed out. He was the highest bidder and did a false auction. I also have screen shots if it is needed. I also have witnesses. :)
