Welcome to falconclaw! A new upcoming town where everyone can live and earn their way to the top! In FalconClaw we focus on the people who lives there. The town is based on the inhabitants, and what they want. This means that if you have an idea for something to build in the town - or have suggestions, you are most welcome! The town has a town farm completely FREE for eveyone, in addition to a tree farm holding spruce wood. To do list: Spoiler - Town warp - Finish first floor of farm and start construction of 2nd floor - Flatten area for tree farm - Mark up more plots - Build apartments, in the corner of the town - Flatten more land Here are the current offers to become a member of FalconClaw - with access to a growing town farm, tree farm and other useful and fun stuff. This town is made for the players that want to get somewhere on the server. This is why everything but the plots are free here, so that you may use your money where it should be spent. Town rules: 1. Respect all the members of the town. We live together in a rather large community, it only works if we help each other out! 2. Dont touch other plots without permission! This is regarded as griefing and will usually lead to eviction. 3. Build within your plots borders. If you want to build anywhere else in the town you have to ask me - it can usually be sorted out! 4. Dont build your build higher than it should be. If your building doesnt look good when its tall, it shouldnt be that tall - simple esthetics. 5. Have fun and chat with the others! This way we'll keep this place a happy place for everyone! 6. Being inactive for more than 14 days leads to eviction. If you know that you'll be gone for longer, send me a mail ingame using /mail send gortfrode 7. Replant crops in farms. Nothing is more annoying than cleaning up after others. Please replant! Failure to follow these rules can lead to either eviction, a fine or other punishment to compensate for the damage/problems caused. Every member of FalconClaw has to follow these rules. Note: Breaking server rules leads to eviction too! Prices: Every plot/storage room/apartment is available for everyone, no matter the rank. Although we like to talk to new members before they do a purchase. Farm access: If you only want access to our medium sized farm including trees (jungle/spruce), melons, pumpkins and potatoes, this is the choice for you. Price: $500 Storage room: A simple room built into the wall containing 16 double chests NOTE: Builders have a maximum of 15 locks. Ask a mayor of the town to lock some of them for you if needed. Price: $1.000 or 2 netherstars for a month (30 days from purchase), every townmember may rent as many as wanted. Plot: A plot where you are free to build whatever you’d like, but please keep your home good looking, that is very much appreciated! This keeps the town growing for everyone in it! Plot size: 10x10 Price: $1.000 or 2 netherstars Plot size: 20x20 Price: $2.500 or 5 netherstars Apartment (on to-do list): A single room in a high story building including a furnace, two double chests and a workbench. These homes are perfect for the new players that only need a place to store their stuff, craft tools and smelt their hard-earned resources. Town updates: - Four new 20x20 plots constructed (2 left open for sale) - Added the possibility to combine 10x10 plots for friends for only $500 - Landscaping work for amusement park and apartments have begun - Storage room rentals might get a rework soon Thanks to everyone in the town, its good to see this kind of growth! Update 30th of June New member: @MapleCakez Welcome to us! You joined a bit sooner than this, but I've been slow on updates! Town updates: - Apartments finishing up, 8 new homes ready at a nice location! - Oak wood added to treefarm! - New plots added, some custom sized ones: * 20x20 plot by the treefarm * 12x12 premium plot by the treefarm * Two hillside plots with good view * A peak for sale, no strict borders! - Rules added to the main post - Town will be expanded within a few days - my president app is pending! - New things to come: * Prebuilt plots by the best of our towns builders * Amusement park * Better and easier roads to get around in a simpler way! (buying $550/selling $560) - 200x200 more blocks have been added next to Falconclaw, called Eaglesnest - message me if you wanna help out building this new town! - More custom plot sizes coming I see that the 10x10 plots and 20x20 plots are almost always full - I'll try to make more room for them. Town update 11th of July New members: @GalaxyGirl030 @Wolfiegirl1509 @gameingknight99 Welcome to our town! Town updates: - Town has now been expanded with another 200x200! This new part is called eaglesnest and has got a warp already. This expansion will mostly contain prebuilt houses - with some cool plots in an exiting terrain that demands a creative mind when building! I hope this project will be a fun and cool thing for everyone joining! - After doing some checking of the plots and the activity of the players, we now have a new 20x20 plot available, and another 20x20 due to the player reaching Mayor rank. Its fun to see that the town already has 5 mayors that joined as either builder or resident - hope you enjoyed your stay here, and please stay for as long as you want! Suggestions, questions? Town update 1st of August Town updates: - Neighbour town "Eaglesnest", which is a part of falconclaw now has a few prebuilt plots, come check them out! We also have a new co-mayor of both the towns!
