Is it worth it? Yes or no. Simple question. If you say no, please gimme a suggestion for something else in the $60-70 ballpark. Ps- I already got fly.
ExtCommands+ is well worth it! Of all the features I have, this one is my favorite. It saves you the pains of waiting to get an E Repair, and you can set macros to repair your items before they break.
I suppose that it's worth it. I haven't got it yet because I have friends that give me little to no cost on e-repairs. But I would say that it is a more efficient and you could make some decent money off of it.
One of my favorite features. It's a great thing to have, especially if you have valuables (i.e. Melon sword, Prot4 armor)
Of course EXT commands+ is worth it. It's what I use the most when it comes to Donation Features, next to fly of course.
Do you do heaps of excavating or farming? If yes, then extcommands+ is well worth it. If you find you only need tools repaired once a day then I'd suggest using the $70 for other features like fly+ or multihome or even selling the donations for ECC$ and using the ECC$ to get a bunch of stuff like portals, warps and pvp zones.
I have it, and can honestly say, it has saved about 30k in e-repairs and anvils over the time I've had and probably made double to triple that from doing services. Powertool is also nice, but that's just EXTCommands.
