EXT Permissions Bug

    Anokfero made an EXT gate for me and after locking the sign i've been unable to add people to allow them to open it also.

    Under /cinfo it says they've been added with permissions, but I remain the only one able to open the gate.

    confirmed.
    doesn't work with either normal permissions and admin permissions to the protection.

    I've done a quick test with a player I'm not sure is fully trusthworthy. Then retested with Sizsizma10.

    Sign with no protections: Accessable.
    Sign with /cprivate: Denied.
    Sign with /cmodify sizsizma10: Denied.

    /cinfo states:
    Access Control list (1)
    sizsizma10 (player)

    EXT permissions bug still present.

    Another test today resulted in this being fixed /cprivate is now working on these signs as intended.
