I plan to post once a week a list of elite shops that are expiring. When these expire it is a very big deal, and some light should be shed on big occurances such as these. Nearly everytime the shop will just be renewed, though. 8/4/2014: Station 21 - Owner: @blowtube123

I don't want to flame, just expressing my opinion. I probably wouldn't still be here playing ECC if it wasn't for a somewhat prime shop that expired and I was lucky enough to buy which could later sell for a lot of money. It just helps the flow of ECC if you leave it up to the owners of the major stations to look after the stations themselves. Look guys... there is always a system that is worked out. As much as I dislike this, I cannot help but realize how close to real life this is. I think that it is fair that owners of spawn shops are notified before their shops expire, as they spent a lot of time and money on the shops. What you guys are saying, to my understanding, is that you want to take advantage of the fact that shop owners aren't aware that their shops are going to expire, and steal from them what they spent time creating, and what they spent massive amounts of money on. Before you argue, think about how you would feel when someone takes a 1 million+ spawn shop from you. I think that this is what the thread is about, but I may be completely wrong, and in that case, you may gracefully ignore this post. EDIT: This is in response to the people who do not think this thread is fair.

I'm not saying that I would like it if my 1 million dollar possesion was stripped from me yet if it was, I could've prevented it on my own. I had a chance to change the outcome by remembering to renew is *BY MYSELF*. My opinion. Again, no flaming intended.
A lot of you guys need to understand. Top tier shops are high value yes, but if the right people don't own them, they're worthless. The people that have them now, know what they're doing, that's why they're so successful. Who's to say that if some random new guy gets Blowtube's shop, he won't fail completely making the shop a failure? Prime location isn't good enough on its own. I see some non-favorable locations that do way better than prime locations because of the people who own them. All in all, stop complaining and stop being mad at _TANS because you're not the ones he is reminding. We all know damn well that if it were your name on the list you'd be thanking him rather than criticizing and scrutinizing him.
