I am selling a custom, private 200x200 vault town. What does this mean? It's a 200x200 town with no warp, the interact and use flags set to deny, and very secure. The town has been cleared to bedrock, then a 198x198 nwart farm put in place. Above the Nwart farm is a glass ceiling. Above this ceiling, the entire area has been filled in with water. At the surface, a 25x25 plot with a single level building has been placed (ready for customization). Under water, there is a large vault, and a large money room (trade signs w/ cash, nstars, experience, etc would go here). I am taking bids until 11:59 PM EST on 2/12/16. I have a reserve, and if it is met, then the winning bidder and I will finalize a contract to transfer the town. ALL CASH UP FRONT! I will not be taking payment plans for this sell. I will clear all LWCs (several lift signs, a few doors, and 1 heal sign) upon transfer of ownership. I will also put in a warp (you will have to pay the warp fee) if you so desire. If you chose to put in a town transfer claim, that will be at your cost as well (though I'm more than happy to assist in transferring the town once you pay for it). If my reserve is not met, then I will retain the town, and this auction will be closed. I saw this town today and it is truly amazing. I especially love the water all the way down to bedrock.
