Exchange Agreement for Shulkers and ExtComms+ Services

Parties Involved:

Worker: @Mickus , referred to as "Worker".
Buyer: @Wazupbutrcup , referred to as "Buyer".

Agreement Overview:

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Buyer agrees to purchase ExtComms+ for the Worker, and the Worker agrees to place 1263.5 Shulkers worth of materials for the town of Nova.

Terms and Conditions:

Products and Pricing:

Shulkers:

• Quantity: 1263.5 Shulkers
• Price per Shulker: 9,000 EcoDollars
• Total Price for Shulkers: 11,371,500 EcoDollars

ExtComms+:

• Equivalent Price: $64.98 USD
• Exchange Rate: 175,000 EcoDollars/USD
• Total Price in EcoDollars: 11,371,500 EcoDollars

Payment and Exchange:

• The Worker agrees to provide 1263.5 Shulkers worth of work to the Buyer at the total price of 11,371,500 EcoDollars.
• The Buyer agrees to provide ExtComms+ to the Worker, valued at $64.98 USD (If the sale ends, the price will not change. I, @Wazupbutrcup, will cover the difference), equivalent to 11,371,500 EcoDollars.
• ExtComms+ will be purchased by the Buyer once the Worker completes the agreed work and delivers 1263.5 Shulkers worth of materials.

Delivery:

• The Worker will deliver the placement of the Shulkers' work to the Buyer.
• The Buyer will provide access to ExtComms+ to the Worker upon completion of the work.

Tracking and Timeframe:

• The placement of Shulkers will be tracked by both parties through regular updates and confirmation of work progress.
• The Worker agrees to complete the work within a specified timeframe of 60 days from the start date of this agreement. Any extensions must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

Partial Compensation:

• If the Worker opts to, or for any reason, has to back out of the placement work before its completion, partial compensation will be provided based on the amount of work completed. The compensation will be calculated at the rate of 9,000 EcoDollars per Shulker placed.

Exchange Rate:

• The exchange rate agreed upon is 175,000 EcoDollars per 1 USD.

Conditions:

• Both parties agree to the prices and exchange rates as stated above.
• Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties before the application is accepted by the staff of EcoCityCraft.

Governing Law:

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the EcoCityCraft Rules.

I will revise the contract to include an updated version that addresses the specified details. The new contract will explicitly state the timing of the ExtComms+ purchase, outline how the placement of Shulkers will be tracked, define the timeframe for completion, and clarify the conditions for partial compensation if the Worker is unable to complete the work. Please review the revised terms and confirm your agreement.
