I am giving notice of eviction to @StanleyMines from the Town of Eastcaster. Because of the opening of vault sales at the Bank of Lancaster, I am eliminating all perms from the town. Nothing personal, I stopped selling plots in this town a long time ago, and you just happen to be the only plot owner left. However: 1. I am aware that @StanleyMines is coming off of a temp-ban, and will not be on the server for at least another day or two. 2. I will not be counting the minutes from when this filed to do an lwc removal -- in fact, I don't even know if there are any chests on the plot. I do not intend to rush this. 3. I will give @StanleyMines whatever reasonable time he needs to get his stuff out before proceeding; and 4. I will refund the purchase price of the plot, which I believe was $20,000. Thanks!
Hello, and thanks for letting me know. I would like to talk to you ingame about this to see if i could possibly keep my perms, for all i have are a few signs out of sight. If not, then i will probably be able to move out by thursday. Thanks for the notice!
I'm sorry, but the purpose is to get rid of perms. Would you prefer to exchange that plot, condo or house for one in one of my other eight towns? Happy to do a trade and compensate you for the difference in price if there is one. I'm just clearing everyone but myself and @gstoner3 out of Eastcaster.
