We do not tolerate grief.
I honestly don't feel that you even understand the rules, let alone plan to obey them. I fear that you're going to end up learning this lesson the harder way somewhere else - but it won't be at the expense of me or my players and their homes. I watched you grief the town trampoline and an innocent player's home, for no apparent reason, and then after I warned you about it, you griefed the trampoline again. Further, when I asked you what you were doing, you pretended that it had been just one torch, because you apparently don't know about /vanish and invisible mayors. The fact that the grief that I actually know about is scattered and minor doesn't change the facts. This is more about what type of player you are than about what you did. You were further heard in chat today discussing how you "just like the sound" slime blocks make when they are harvested/removed. This indicates to me that you and I aren't even playing the same game. You can't be relied upon to obey the rules if you can't even be bothered to understand why they exist. And if you're not going to play the game by my rules, then you're not going to play it in my city. The eviction stands. If you clear out your things and consent to removal from the town before midnight EST today, I will purhase your penthouse back from you for $10,000, or reimburse @Samiwarbler if you allow her to remove you and she purchases it back. The goal here is to protect the town, not to make money at your expense. @Samiwarbler
