Error with my purchase

    i've tried about 10 times now with a visa gift card i have bought to use it to buy the extra commands special feature but every time i enter the correct information it says that it can't verify the card. i have called the cards customer service and they said there is nothing wrong with the card so i am wondering if you can help me or if it is a problem on this end

    Check the back of the card you need to verify it on a website.

    In my experiences, visa gift cards take a few days to actually start working. Try again tomorrow.
