[Error] Riding horse makes all blocks invisible.

This happened to me too when I was on a boat. I must have been riding it for only 5 minutes max.

 

This happened to me too.

 

Happened to me while riding a boat under the following circumstances:

• the boat was on the ground (don't ask me how a boat could be possibly placed on the ground, I have no idea; it was already there and I happily adapted to that absurd situation pretending to be insane);
• I was in vanish mode;
• I collided with another player (who was not in a boat).

Happened two or three times, all the three conditions were true at the same time.

I replicated it while riding up stairs and jumping. (horse)

Agreed that is not just pet related as I have had this happen when just flying around, especially if going between rising and legacy, however, it does also happen in the mining world. A relog does solve the problem.

 

And I might add that also tp-ing somewhere else (even within the same world) solves the issue.

As this happens in a multitude of situations, my wild guess would be that it's just a client-side render glitch, probably not even due to mods but just plain vanilla. But I'm not the expert here, so I might be saying bullshit
