The formatting for this tab is a bit weird, it's way to the side. It doesn't really have a purpose either, this is what I see when I click on it:
It's a part of xenporta, the add-on that makes the front page with the news and stuff. The button is also oddly placed on purpose. They can be hidden by editing the template, though.
