Apartment towers in the city sector provide many spacious homes with views of the entire city, including Big Ben and the harbor. Within the town are many well know English landmarks, with many more in the town plans (see the list under "Future Projects), including Big Ben and Stonehenge.Portal: Floor 4, Red Row, Quartz Corner Spoiler: Town Portal Rules: No griefing. Build only within your plot! Your plot does not include the leaves around it. Build only inside the leaves, not on, above, where they are, or outside them Plots are only to be purchased from the mayors No refunds will be given No reselling plots Be kind to all. No trolling or harassment of any kind Don't change the structure of prebuilts or apartments (i.e. the walls/floors) No plot sharing without a mayor's permission or knowledge, especially with people without perms No apartment buildings or hotels on plots Replant all of the town's farms Farm towers are allowed but not ridiculously massively tall All private farms must be enclosed and pretty ECC server rules apply Be creative, be unique, and have fun! Inactivity Policy: After 14 days (2 weeks) of inactivity, town perms will be revoked. After the fifteenth day, an LWC Removal will be filed on all locks. 5 days after the removal, items will be left out, either in the plot or in the Item Claim Center. Somewhere between twenty and thirty days of inactivity, all builds on the plot will be removed and the plot will be prepped for resale. This policy applies to plots, apartments, prebuilts, and shop stalls.
