    Vintage, enchanting with enchantment tables is now illegal, but if you go to spawn, there is a way to get to the exp shop where you can use exp to echant items. But the exp needed is a great amount

    Because fortune only applies to ores. I'm sure that this is a troll but if you actually mean this, try playing single player
