(GreenAcres, Pixley.) I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Status of "Co-Mayor" will be assigned to "DumDum71" with the rights to Manage, Sell, and Assign new town members, as well as will be remarked as "Town Staff". I also agree that "DumDum71" is allowed to keep 50% of all town property/building sales transactions carried out by them. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: DumDum71 will NOT remove, demote, "NinjarakuPwnz" from membership/ownership of ANY towns originally owned By "NinjarakuPwnz" or following towns herein. You agree to perform given tasks as time permits with the understanding that there is no minimal requirements for the position. this contract permits you to be on town staff, You will notify "NinjarakuPwnz" of any issues & transactions involving the towns you are hereby contracted for. This job is "At-Will" and you are accepting this as voluntary Employment and you may quit at any time with no repercussion, followed by losing status of Co-Mayor at towns mentioned above & herein. I'm fine with a little bit lower pay than 50% but I'd like more than 25%. Could we maybe increase the pay a little bit? I will agree after the pay has been increased back.
