I am pretty sure if the water has a roof over it, it lowers the bite chance. If it is opened to the sky its a better bite chance. At least it use to be like this, mybe it has been changed.
Yes, I know this, however, it is unavailable right now. But this is also something I look to add in the near future.
I've used the trainers many times, trust me, this town has GREAT training facilities. It's my go to place for mcmmo.
