If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: The rule of attempted scamming mean when someone trys to find a way to take a players item any any cost. Example: I was going to do vpzed repair but didnt do it and waited for him to drop the item and I took it. That would be considerded scamming because I scammed him beccause I was suppose to repair NOT take it. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Even though i gave back the item I understand that it's not right to have waited that long to give back the item. I'm sorry vepzed and clou44 for being immature and not giving it back right away. I would really like to come back to the server. Again I"m very sorry for trying to scam you vpzed I promise I will NEVER attempt to scam anyone. I will never break the rule anymore I know better then this. Hope to see you guys soon to show you that I have learned my lesson.

This is a really wonderful brand-new player we almost lost just recently over @eliteshadow0000's behavior: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-eliteshadow0000.117985/ This was just a day or two ago, and @eliteshadow0000 was playing lotto and not responding to pm's from me and others, while the new player was asking us in our town chat what was going on. I ended up buying her the feature myself. For @eliteshadow0000 to file an appeal like this other thing was some isolated mistake is [self-edit]. @clou44
@VTFAN8 Please re-file a separate complaint about this as he has been unbanned previously for scamming with the intention of paying back, if you have not received any money, please file a new complaint Following this what i just we will be leaving this ban appeal open until the above has been accessed.
