This town layout took me a while to make and I think it will be very useful in developing my town once i get mayor. I notice that alot of town haphazardly build plots anywhere they see fit, using space very inefficiently. This is why I made this design. The orange will be the mayor house. The maroon area is for an apartment building. The white empty space will be used for custom plot sizes.
