General Purpose of Contract: The one hour rental of @xX3PICREBELXx's efficiency 7 Diamond Pickaxe to @skymaster200

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @xX3PICREBELXx agree to give @skymaster200 my Efficiency VII Unbreaking III Silk Touch I Diamond Pickaxe re-named to "Kappa" (ITEM ID: I9AB0GL1) at a chest located at -5544 10 3686 in the legacy world within 10 minutes of this contract being accepted and @skymaster200 has paid @xX3PICREBELXx $7000.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@skymaster200 must agree to pay @xX3PICREBELXx $7000 after this contract has been accepted. @skymaster200 must agree to return @xX3PICREBELXx 's Efficiency VII Unbreaking III Silk Touch I Diamond Pickaxe re-name to "Kappa" at a chest located at -5544 10 3686 in the legacy world at a maximum of 60 minutes after this contract has been accepted. If @skymaster200 fails to return the pickaxe he must pay @xX3PICREBELXx $1,000,000 or an Efficiency VII + $200,000 by the 30th of August 2015.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
