Efficiency not on Specialty Hoe

    As per this suggestion, efficiency was added to star hoe. Part of that suggestion was to include efficiency for the hoe when switching with the mythic sword. My guess is the efficiency wasn't added to the specialty hoe as it's a different kit than the star hoe. Also could we possibly get efficiency added to the magic hoes as well?

    Just tested all magichoe's with mythic and efficiency is still missing.
