IGN: @DiamondDesire Users Involved in this Contract: @zr2002 General Purpose of Contract: Safety of the sale of an Efficiency 7 pickaxe to @zr2002 on a 14 week payment plan ID: #IJC0WAC9 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @DiamondDesire agree to give @zr2002 my efficiency 7 pickaxe within 24 hours of this contracts approval I @DiamondDesire agree to give the ownership of this efficiency 7 pickaxe once @zr2002 has paid the full amount owed on the pick. This includes late fees. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @zr2002 agrees to take responsibility for anything that happens to the efficiency 7 within his possession. If the pick is broken or lost, @zr2002 will continue on his payment plan. @zr2002 agrees that if he is late on any weekly payment, 10k per day will be charged for every day late for the tool. @zr2002 agrees that if he is over 1 week late with a weekly payment,@DiamondDesire has the contractual right to claim the efficiency 7 pick back without refund for prior payments. @zr2002 agrees that he will pay 50k a week for the first 5 weeks. Then he will begin pay 150k for the remaining 9 weeks until a grand total of 1.6Million plus any late fees has been paid. Everything should be paid by April 23rd, 2016. If it has not been paid off by the end of this period,@DiamondDesire reserves the right to reclaim the pick without a refund. @zr2002 agrees that he will let @DiamondDesire use the pick if she needs it during the length of the contract. @zr2002 also agrees that he will leave the pick in a chest in the town of Anime. See cords below @zr2002 is not allowed to rent out or sell the pick to anyone during this payment plan. @zr2002 agrees that if any of the clauses of this contract are broken, a complaint will be filed and the staff team will take due action. @zr2002 also agrees that if he is banned while still in possession of the pick during the payment plan, @DiamondDesire reserves the right to claim back this pick without refund.
