@IamKarnii assuming you are wanting 22k for the rental I'm going to ask that you change the 22.000 to just 22k, to avoid any confusion on the amount that @jwpwns will be paying you. Other than that it looks good, I will just need @jwpwns to reagree to the contract after you make the change.
