I will provide a chest placed at /warp norway (x-5047 y68 z6338 Rising) for @Fescht to return the pick to at the deadline. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I @Fescht agree to pay 380'000 ecd to @maroiogog within 1 day after this contract is approved by a Staff Member. To return the pick to the chest placed at/in /warp norway (x-5047 y68 z6338 Rising) at the deadline. If the pick is broken or lost, I will have 2 months after the deadline to either return to @maroiogog an eff7, either the original or one with the exact same specifications (Eff7 silk unb3), or to provide @maroiogog a payment of $1'100'000 to replace the pick. I will notify @maroiogog immediately should this have to become an option. Should the pick not be returned by the deadline or full repayments through one of the options listed above in the case that it gets lost or stolen, @Fescht will be reported and held accountable for Breach of Contract. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
