I (tannerjos ) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will pay the 800k within the given time of 4 weeks

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
after receiving the eff7 pick from @MAJOR_LENNIX@tannerjos will then pay m(MAJOR_LENNIX) the remaining 600k owed for the rest of the sale price at 150k per week over the course of 4 weeks : I agree

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes I agree

 

Thank you two for making this contract. I see a couple things that need to be addressed before I can approve this.
First, @MAJOR_LENNIX could you remove the extra "m" and be sure that your name properly tags under your terms part?

Second, @MAJOR_LENNIX could you also state under @tannerjos terms that he will pay you a downpayment of 200k? I see where you put it under your terms that after he pays the 200k downpayment you will give him the eff7, but also include that under his terms please.

Third, @MAJOR_LENNIX instead of just stating "over the course of 4 weeks" can you also add an end date in there (written like May 19, 2015) for better knowledge.

Lastly, @tannerjos you used the wrong format to agree, you need to copy and paste the following format, being sure to fill it out right and tag your name using the @(your name) AFTER the changes to the contract are made.

I think this will make for a solid contract I can approve.
