It was very late at night I made a mistake and accidentally caused my EFF7 to fall in lava. It was a freak accident that should never have happened, but it did. Now here is the crunch, should I now spend 3 to 4 months to try and get to where i was, or just quit ECC. It is so disheartening to do all that work again. These Star tools should really be protected from things like this from happening. I really don't want to start all over, I have donated a fair amount to the server and have just completed my 1st year on ECC. What can be done I really would like to hear your opinions.
@Greylith Don't quit! Get a melon sword instead! Even though the price is a bit steeper, it is safe, repeatable money-making tool.
As a determined member of the server you should pick yourself up and start all over again. We can't prevent mistakes from happening but we still can do our best to start up. I've lost a star tool before and I know how disheartening it can be. Just keeping working for it and remember to move your drop button to something you barely press.
I know exactly what you mean, I too did the same thing, but I've just carried on, try and rent a msword or an eff 7, you'll soon make it back! I've got 485k out of 850k to go, so it is possible! Keep going, don't quit!
Why ask us? It's really up to you if you really want to save up for another star tool. IMO, you should make the decision on your own because that's the only opinion that matters. Were you saving up for a rank or something?

MinecraftParkerH is giving rental for melon swords at 30k for one day. I don't know if you'd like to rent a melon sword to get back money for your eff7, but I'm just saying..
Im sure if you talk with @MinecraftParkerH about renting a star tool, I cannot guarantee a good deal, But Minecraft knows how it feels to lose a star tool, your not on your own, people will help and have come back from things a lot worse then this If you enjoy playing, dont let anything stop you.
