I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will allow Shotgunboy0130 to rent my Eff 7 pickaxe for 24 hours. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Shotgunboy0130 will return the pickaxe once the 24 hours are up, he will return it to a chest locked by me in Donutville, failure to return the pick will require him to get me 550k or a new Eff 7 pick within 3 weeks.
