IGN: @LaggyTryHard Users Involved in this Contract: @Daconian, @LaggyTryHard General Purpose of Contract: Sale of the Eff7 (#JQ5JOR10) from @LaggyTryHard to @Daconian in exchange for $2,400,000 ECD total. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @LaggyTryHard ensures to transfer the ownership of the Eff7 (#JQ5JOR10) once the full payment of $2,400,000 ECD has been paid by @Daconian in the 8 week time period. If ANY two weeks of payments are late or not paid, @LaggyTryHard may reclaim the Eff7 (#JQ5JOR10) with no refund and file a complaint for breach of contract where necessary punishment will be up to the discretion of Staff. (All deadlines are listed below) The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Daconian agrees to transfer $2,400,000 ECD on a payment to @LaggyTryHard within 8 weeks of this contract's approval at a chest shop located at x: -14210, y: 124, z: 12902 (/warp grimoire and directly on your right with a labeled chest) where it will be setup in 8 increments of $300,000 ECD. The payment plan schedule will follow as: Week 1 (4/10/2020): $300,000 ECD Week 2 (4/17/2020): $300,000 ECD Week 3 (4/24/2020): $300,000 ECD Week 4 (5/01/2020): $300,000 ECD Week 5 (5/08/2020): $300,000 ECD Week 6 (5/15/2020): $300,000 ECD Week 7 (5/22/2020): $300,000 ECD Week 8 (5/22/2020): $300,000 ECD @Daconian agrees that if any two weeks of payments are not made or late, that @LaggyTryHard may reclaim the Eff7 with no refund and file a complaint for breach of contract where necessary punishment will be up to the discretion of Staff. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
