General Purpose of Contract:
Ensure the safety of the rental of an eff7 pick to @DoomedTimelines

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @surferkev agree to lend a pickaxe (eff7 silk1 unb 3, id.#I9ILEXB3) to @DoomedTimelines for 2/hrs from when @surferkev gives the pick to @DoomedTimelines.
I @surferkev agree to give @DoomedTimelines the pick within 10 minutes from this contract being approved.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

I @DoomedTimelines agree to give @surferkev 15k within 1/hrs from the the eff7 is returned at /warp kiwicentral(2939,67,3164 rising)
I @DoomedTimelines agrees to return the eff7 2/hrs from the moment @DoomedTimelines receives it at a modified chest in /warp kiwicentral(2939,67,3164 rising)
I @DoomedTimelines agrees that if the eff7 is broken/lost he'll owe @surferkev 1.4mil ecd or a new eff7+100k ecd to be paid within 2 months of the pick being broken
I @DoomedTimelines agrees that if I am 1 or more days late returning the eff7 I will owe @surferkev 30k per day on top of the rental fee. After 2 days a complaint will be filed.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
