I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: >>I, @bobman3355, agree to give @mista_J a set of Protection 4 Diamond Armor and an eff 7 unb 3 st 1 Diamond pickaxe for an hour as soon as this contract is approved by a Moderator. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: >>@mista_J must give @bobman3355 5k ECD as soon as the Eff 7 Unb 3 St 1 Diamond Pickaxe and the set of Prot IV Diamond Armor are handed over to@mista_J. >>@Mista_J has to return the Eff 7 Unb 3 St 1 Pickaxe and the set of Prot IV Diamond Armor after one (1) hour of use. >>If @mista_J, for whatever reason fails to return the Eff 7 Unb 3 St 1 Diamond pickaxe, @mista_J must pay me 1.1 million ECD within 2 weeks of them breaking/losing it. >>If @mista_J, for whatever reason fails to return the full set of Prot 4 Diamond armor, @mista_J must pay me 15k ECD. within 2 weeks of them breaking/losing it. >>If @mista_J, for whatever reason fails to return both the Eff 7 Unb 3 St 1 Pickaxe and the set of Prot IV Diamond Armor, he must pay me a total of 1115000 ECD. within 2 weeks of them breaking/losing it. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
