Hello Eco community Me and my son have started an town that will be storage rent space. there will come different type of box sizes as we build it. This is planned for thoose who want to store away items in an secure town area. All storage boxes are made out of obsidian, and is lwc/locked by me. inside each box there will be different amout of chest depanding on box size. We will setup 2 type of rent time. monthly or yearly. Theese boxes will be made as secure as possible within ecocitycraft rules. Town Rules : 1. No building,removing,placing block of any kind outside your loaned box 2. No Griefing. 3. No looting/stealing/taking any items out of any chest you might find that is not locked that is not inside the box you rent! 4. The monthly payment are to be scheduled at the 1 of each month, there will be an shop sign you will pay to placed outside you box. 5. There will be no time limit on rent time, you can rent as long as you like. 6. The box that is rented will be your's and your's alone to enter. 7. the yearly payment will be paied 1 time each year. this count towards the day you rented it from. 8. Breaking of town rules will result in immidiate ban from the town of Ecostorage, and you will be prohibited access to you box until you payed an fine that counts towards the value of the crime. The box content can be seized and sold if fine is not payed. 9. Late payment will also restrict access to you rented box, and if payment do not occur within 2 month overdue, your access will be restricted to enter your rented box, until payment for the overtime have been payed. If you are unable to pay, and agreement of payment is not made, then content of the box will be ecostorage ownership. 10. If you know of planned vacation from ecocitycraft, pay for long rent period. 11. rent period is minimum 1month. 12. Prices can be adjusted at any time, but already rented area will not be affected with new pricing until next renewal is up 13. Renting an box in ecostorage, then you accept the above rules of the town Ecocitycraft 14. Town owners are not allowed to prohibit access to the player(s) rented space unless any of the town rules been broken. 15. The owner's of Ecostorage can change any of the town rules at any given time. The rules can under no cirumstance be adjusted in an matter that will give the town or town owner access to the rented areas. This will count towards server rule section 2 and section 3.
