EcoCityCraft Grief Wars! [Coming... Eventually...]

So, I have an idea. I am going to enclose a space of PVP in walls. within these walls, I will host the first Monthly Grief War, and this what Grief War is:

• 10k entry fee
• Prize depends on number of entrants
• 20x20 plots will be the Base Plot
• a Single 50x50 plot will be bid on in the center
• GRIEF ALLOWED
• PvP ACTIVE

So, The games will work like this. you can buy one of the above plots in the PvP zone. You are given One week in which to build and defend your home... or destroy others. The nicest-looking house at the end of the week wins the prize money, as judged by myself and likely a fair number of ECC staff.

Rules

• NO TOTAL DESTRUCTION
  • Make houses look bad, don't reduce it to a flat plot. Its boring.
• NO ATTACKING BUILDERS
  • If someone is building there home, YOU are NOT allowed to attack them first.
  • If you begin destroying there home, however, and they attack, you may respond in kind.*
• NO INAPPROPRIATE STRUCTURES
  • Going to someone else's house and building inappropriate structures will be DQ'ed**
• NO BUILDING BETWEEN PLOTS
  • There will be roads set up between the plots. You are allowed to build in others plots to make them look bad, but you ARE NOT allowed to modify anything outside of any plot.
  • Water and lava placements MUST be somehow restricted to the plots. If you can't restrict it to the plot, EVEN IF you're griefing, DON'T PLACE IT.
• DO NOT LOCK ANYTHING
  • Simple enough to understand. You will be DQ'ed.
• DO NOT BREAK THE GLASS
  • Glass will be surrounding the entire complex, DO NOT BREAK IT. Simple stuff really.
• FOLLOW BUILDING CODE
  • Do not build more than 30 blocks underground.
  • Do not let any block exceed your property lines

*ECC server rules say you won't be banned for attacking them while building, but I will Disqualify you and not return you money.

**ECC server rules state that you will also be punished by moderators for this, so I figured I would refresh you all just in case.
