Eclipse - Official Town Thread

Welcome to Eclipse (Town portal: Towns 4 - Coal - Gold - Eclipse)​

The ideal 'starter' town for builders and other ranks.
Here we do Helpfull, Respect & Honesty

This small town offers plots that can be developed by the players themselves, whilst also offering access to extensive farms which have all that is needed to earn and build up ones ECD balance.

10x10 plot - $1,000 ECD (5 plots)
10x14 plot - $1,200 ECD (1 plots)
16x16 plot - $1,500 ECD (6 plots)
17x17 plot - $1,600 ECD (1 plot)
20x20 plot - $2,000 ECD (1 plots)
20 x 20 Prebuilt available - $2500


Eclipse Benefits:

Being a plot owner the following benefits are provided to Eclipse residents.

1. Free use of public farms

2. Free use of a fishing table

3. Free use of secure town stable for your horse.

6. Free access to features from myself such as: Teleport, Water/Water+, Pyro/Pyro+, ERep, Smelt

7. Town portal: Towns 4 - Coal - Gold - Eclipse

Rules:

1. General server rules apply at all times.

2. No griefing! Do NOT build outside your plots nor mine under your plot. If you grief, you will be evicted!

3. Inactivity results in an eviction. Being inactive for 14 days straight, an eviction notice will be sent to you by in-game pm and forum pm. You will be given 3 days from the eviction notice to collect your things and move out. If your things are left behind after those 3 days, an LWC will be filled.

4. Replant. If you harvest from town resources, such as from the public farm, please replant. If you do not replant, this is will be seen as griefing.

5. It is your responsibility to lock your doors and chests! Town is NOT responsible for stolen items, especially if you leave your items unlocked. Guilty person may be evicted, but town will not replace lost items.

Further to the launch of this town for residents, I will be looking for one or two players to act as co-mayor to recruit and assist new residents.

Feel free to indicate your interest and suitable experience you can bring Eclipse.

 

Thanks @AdmiralD, Dying to get my main town done and dusted - Sharkville, and open that up to residents although it will only consist of pre-builds. Mostly is done and Portal needs to be applied for.
